More than 10 different zip lines, some up to 800 meters long and 70 meters high.

Safety First
Before you begin, you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing, along with all the necessary equipment (harness, helmet, gloves, pulleys). All our parks meet international safety standards, and you will have professional guides with you every step of the way. What to bring:

Reservations and Confirmations
· Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
· The tour is confirmed once full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
· You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with the details of the pick-up location and time.
⏰ Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
· Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or in case of no-show are non-refundable.
🌧️ Weather Conditions
· In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, Mazetar Tour RD may reschedule or cancel the tour.
· If the tour is canceled due to weather and you cannot reschedule, a full refund will be offered.
🔄 Itinerary Changes
· The order of activities may vary depending on sea conditions or operational reasons, without affecting the quality of the service.
· If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be rescheduled.
